How Society Is Killing Us
Think about all the voices you hear in your daily life.
What are they saying to you on a consistent basis?
We are constantly hearing about how we should love this or be okay with being mediocre or how we should normalize being unhealthy. It is constant and it is all day long. It never gets shut off.
Society thinks that by shaming the fact that someone is of the right weight for their body, eats healthy and takes care of themselves both physically and mentally that this has somehow harmed our society and we need to dramatically change this.
It is actually killing us.
By buying into these narratives that are being pushed down our throats we are quite literally cutting years off our lives.
Stop and think about all the messages you hear on a daily basis and how those messages are affecting you.
